The presented Wine Saver system is one of the flagship products of the Dutch company Vacu Vin. Patented in 1987, it even appeared on a postage stamp from a series commemorating interesting inventions from the country of windmills and tulips. The set includes two plugs.
Thanks to them, the aroma of the opened wine is extremely easy - just use the system components (pumps and cork) to close tightly and remove air from the bottle, and then put the bottle in the fridge. Such preserved liquor maintains its properties even for several days. The Wine Saver system has been equipped with useful improvements facilitating the use of corks and pumps.
A tab is placed on top of the rubber stoppers to facilitate opening by equalizing pressure.
