Crafted in Italy of sustainably sourced hardwood, it makes a naturally beautiful backdrop for artisanal bread, fine cheeses and assorted charcuterie. Board and knife handles are crafted of sustainably sourced Italian olivewood.

Olivewood is naturally hard and makes an excellent cutting surface. Each knife has a specially designed stainless-steel blade: a forked blade for semi-soft cheeses, a curved, pointed blade for hard cheeses and a wide blade for semi-hard cheeses. Natural variations in the wood's colour and grain pattern make each piece unique.
